This print that is currently being exhibited in the WAVE 2008 Exhibition in Canada. The theme of the exhibition is 'Blurring Boundaries' and the title of my piece is 'Let's make everywhere the same'.
The concept for this piece is the loss of cultural identity which occurs in the redevelopment of cities and traditional urban areas. Some photographs from the exhibition can be viewed here.

Well done on getting your work in the exhibition! I like your piece - the message is really strong, and the images work well together.
really like this stuff your doing at the moment, and thanx for your comments the other day. I feel like i should say something productive about yours, so ill have a think and get back to you!
Cheers, thanks for that Paul. I think the mid point review was quite useful to get some feedback and also to see what everyone else is up to. I'm trying to digest it all now :>
Hey Aine,
Its exciting to see your work in the exhibition. congratulations!
But what strikes me most is the fact that there is a 'BLURRING BOUNDARIES' exhibition with strict boundaries and demarcations to everyone's work. I know you wouldn't have planned the display, so i am not really questioning you, but wondering if you felt something like that...
